I think that's in some of the 630 based RCA chassis, I know I've run into it but can't recall exactly where.

Same set, right next to the 5U4, heater is operated through about a 5 ohm resistor (for time delay) to trigger a b+ relay.

I'll bet you have an early serial also.

Does anyone know if there is any serial number information available on Dumont sets?
