Can anyone identify this television?

I looked through the ETF site and did not see it. Is it a field sequential color set or does it have a magnifying bubble enlarging the small CRT held by the man in the rear of the photo. Is it color or black and white? It appears to be displaying a color image. Is it American or foreign?

They are early Russian color sets I'm pretty sure.
