I have one of those chassis that I pulled from a crusty combo unit a few years back that I keep around just for testing 10BP4 and 12LP4 CRT's. It's been all recapped and aligned but I made no effort to clean up the chassis much. Every so often I fire it up on the bench and enjoy an old movie with the tubes all glowing in the background. Very easy to work on and they produce a pretty nice picture. [edit]Here it is tonight with a metal envelope 8AP4A stuffed in the yoke.
