Hmm. I don't see a picture control on the schematic. Are you talking about the contrast control, 10k P1A? Or maybe the brightness control 100k P3? Both of these appear to be connected to high (supply) side of R31. I see R31 is connected to the focus control and focus coil, so its value will affect the focus voltage, which seems to be OK judging by your picture.

I was speaking about contrast, it is labeled 'picture' on the cabinet. I think it is probably fine as you said everything is working good. I am changing that resistor just as part of my restoration but it is probably fine.
