Do you have memories of you on cinefilm?
Meaning that you where ever filmed on 8 or 16 m.m. (35 m.m. for amatures I think was very extremly rare).
I do have some with me around the age of 2-3. Back in communist Romania (especially on colour)... it was something. It's plain Super 8, no sound. |

We never had any movie film equipment when I was a child.

Nothing of myself. A few minutes on super 8 of family members and the dog that I took in the early 70s.

My Aunt filmed me on Super 8 in the late 1960's and early 1970's.

I have many reels of me on plain 8mm from 1949-1959. All Kodachrome, and the last I looked, in fine shape. This was a wind-up camera.
I remember that there were two different films, one for outdoors, and one for indoors with four 200 watt 3400K floodlamps on a bar. ASA (ISO) 8 for the daylight film, more for the tungsten. I still have the selenium light meter that was used, and I still used it as my main meter until in-camera meters started up with my Minolta SRT101. |
