First your audio clip has what sounds like 60 hz HUM.
Start with checking all your cables.
Odds are the video problems are from bad electrolytic caps.
The thing is full of them ! Only one or two may be bad
but finding it is tough. You can shot gun it but usually that ends with new problems.
SO lets hop into the way back machine to 1990. I would
guess only one out of 30 TV shops in the Boston area would work
on one ( I wouldnt). That tells you something !
Bottom line is not imposable but without a manual & putting $$$
into it not much chance.
SO if you want something for video find an older 3 piece rig that had
a docking station, VCR & camera all seperate. They were much easier
to repair. DO NOT pay for it, they are really not worth anything.
