That's not a fair comparison.
BTW, the prices will go up in the near future, no matter where you get it.

That Temu site seems to REQUIRE logging in to an account before seeing anything. Not now, maybe some day.

That link doesn't work. Probably only you can see your order.

I took the bullet for everyone and registered. Here's a screenshot of the OP link.
Yes, loads of caps super cheap.
I'd exercise caution though. The one time I ordered a bunch of cheap, no name caps I ended up throwing them away because the quality was so bad.

+1 to what banderson said.
On lower quality and used caps you at a minimum should have a cap tester that can check for leakage at full rated voltage. On some things (usually radios or certain TVs that I feel have close to zero market value) I'll use used or cheap caps. I use the tester to check to check iffy stuff before install, and I even do that for new reputable/reputably sourced cap brands for a while after I start using them.

Echoing what others have expressed, I don't see how it makes sense to cheap-out on capacitors, especially since they are wear items anyway. Get the good stuff. If budget is a concern, buy them on an as-needed basis.

Yeah, no.
Recap jobs are always kinda expensive in this day and age but for the love of god please source form DigiKey/Mouser and not from the super-cheap Chinese outlets.
