Packard Bell color tv on Craigslist

I've been wondering: did Packard Bell distribute nationwide, or just how far did they sell sets? I understand they were California built. I have 2 P-B radios, one is an AA5 I picked up in Kentucky. The other is a big portable radio/phono/recorder from the late 40s, with all west coast stations listed on the dial glass. Could have easily rode back east with somebody. I've never seen a P-B tv set around here, though oddly I have up in the attic a used 25" color picture tube branded Packard-Bell.

I would sure have guessed this to have an RCA clone chassis but that thing looks like nothing else I can think of from that era. How does this compare to the famous NOS Packard-Bell, or to the later 60s stuff? I'm just curious if they later switched to pc boards or if they stayed hand-wired to the end in the early 70s.

Avalon1308, I have a Packard Bell chassis identical to or very close to the one in your set. It was salvaged from a set that had heavy water damage to the case. If you need parts, just let me know.
