Empty Electrolytic Cans & Mounts - Available?

Hi There,

I'm already thinking forward to my next Resto. I buy canned multi electrolytic whenever i can. But, sometimes the values I need are not available.

Who stocks empty Mallory Cans, in various diameters, heights, metal or cardboard covered, mounting plates, insulators, etc etc etc?

Don't know of anyone. I think most would just take apart and rebuild ones from the set they are working on.

will custom make new can caps for you and they have a fair variety of
1 inch and 1-3/8 inch can caps listed and for ready purchase.

Maybe if you ask them they will sell empty cans. Don't know if they will or not.

Vibroworld has been closed for over a year.

Vibroworld sells CE Manufacturing Multisection Caps.

I already have an account with CE Manufacturing. I buy their Multis.

I don't want to restuff the old cans. I hate prying apart that old stuff.

I think it was Bill Turner over on ARF who is rebuilding them. I arranged for a friend of mine to sell a case to NOS Mallory's to him.
