Unique RCA tv question

I've got an RCA console that I've had in storage since I was 15. (23 years ago) I'm going to bring it to my current storage area and have a question about its main feature and want to know if anyone has seen one. I will post the model number and year it was made later when I pick it up. Anyway IIRC it was made in 1957 or 1958. Its unique feature is that it has a long row of slide controls and a clock and you can set it to change different channels at different times. It's NOT a remote set. But... like I said, you could set it to change channels at preset times. Has anyone seen one before? When I put it in storage it had sync problems and the picture tube was shot. It wouldn't take a charge and had a very dim picture. I now want to try and get it fixed and bring it "home" to the few sets I have. I wish I would have had a new picture tube put in and had it fixed before I put it in storage. My repairman Uncle wasn't too keen on me putting money in it as it was a B&W console, but I did store it in the shop (which he kept but is now being sold). So... I better get it. What do you think?
