just got an rca coffee table tv!

i just got an rca coffee table tv from tvtimeisfun!
it only needs a disc capacitor
it worked earlyer today the the cap burned out....

And Filter electrolytics to be safe, and paper caps replaced with film to work properly and be reliable...

What is the model so you can look for a Sam's

its still at my friends shop so ill have to wait till next week but its the rarest 1950s tv there it heres a picture!

BE CAREFUL-If its the one I'm thinkin' about, there was a thread here not long ago about how EASY it was to bust the CRT when "Folding" the set into its "Coffee Table" mode..

i know its spring loaded so it wont fall, my grandpas mom had one and the spring broke and WHAM!!!

Exactly. That's why I warned, Young Jedi...The spring sounds like it's dubious to begin with, & 55 or so years of wear on it AIN'T gonna help any..Just Sayin'...
