Talking Buffalo NY is DuMont country lately....gots me some sets

....and both in the town of West Seneca NY!

The first I got is this RA-113, for $75, about a week and a half ago. Original owner, never moved from the house since new. Picture tube is good, and I'm about 3/4 of the way through the chassis.

Now today, I saw an ad for an estate sale, and the listing said "vintage tv". Got up bright and early this morning, and everything was 50% off.

And what to my wondering eyes did appear, but this RA-108! Just wish I had some reindeer to move the sucker . Picture tube is good, and not a scratch on it. All for the princely sum of $25

This 108 is HUGE. And man, is it impressive to look at.....open the doors, and the WOW factor is incredible!
