DTV Question
Recently I had to rescan to receive an OTA DTV station (WSYX / Columbus, OH). One of my TVs would not pick up the change on the rescan, and the only way I can tune it in is by entering the actual RF channel numbers. If I enter the "advertised" channel number (after having rescanned), it won't tune in.
Is there anything the broadcaster could be doing differently that would cause this? Are some tuners/receivers more "fussy" about particulars of the broadcast signal?
