Telix CRT - Rebuilder?

Has anyone ever hear of Telix? I would assume they are a rebuilder but I don't see or feel a glass weld at the neck. Would a company rebrand new CRTs with their label and then also remove all of the OEM labels?

Also the CRT number is odd, its a color roundie and if it is new enough to use a V in the number it should be 19V not 21V. Further makes me think its is a small rebuild company, but again no weld that I can tell.
