Name-That-Chassis

Here's a barn-find 1930s chassis with distinctive tube shields with holes in the tops.

Seems like Wells-Gardner had holey tube shields but I think they were on the sides.

Anyone have a clue who may have made this one? Looks like potentially an 8 or even 10 tuber.

I don't actually have it, just the pic, but I'm told there are no plates or readable markings.
