What's this guy smoking; I want some! (RCA "working" TV eBay)

I just looked at this RCA, which has a full vertical collapse in the photos. Seller says "FULLY WORKING"!

WOW: Now I know my Zenith roundie works great too. No picture due to air in CRT, but it works great because the channel indicator light comes on!
