Bad convergence?

The next time I'm in agony trying to achieve perfect convergence on a roundie, I'm going to haul out this photo. This is a newish Philips TV. Snapped in a hotel room this weekend.

Perhaps this is some other flavor of problem, but even on their worst days, my roundies haven't looked this awful

There may be something else seriously wrong with that POS. The smears seem to be only around his head. Hmmmm.....

This is a chroma smear, not a convergence problem (look at the edge of his white shirt - it's relatively OK) - blame the cable / master antenna.
