As I mentioned, I'm done with the set for now...
But it's still a bit too wide and linearity is off, as for width, S101 adjusts it by swapping in resistors on G2 of the HOT, what effect will raising or lowering the values of them have on width?
Someone also mentioned changing the 100 ohm cathode resistor to a lower value, but won't that also lower the HV as well?

You could experiment with a width sleeve. That consists of some thin brass shim stock wrapped one turn around the neck, so it just overlaps. If I recall correctly you get the most width with it removed, and gets less as you slide it into the yoke.
